Only if you also have check-out privileges at that library!

The interlibrary loan system, however, operates from libraries to other ones, so that individual library patrons do not interfere with the borrowing and sending operations. Naturally, if you do have check-out privileges at another library, you can feel free to take out what they have; but if you go through interlibrary loan, let us do the borrowing for you.
