Yes. However, as a courtesy to other library users, please do not use them in the open stack areas. Also, remember that voices carry even from the closed study rooms, so if you have anything confidential you need to talk about, or if you need to talk for a long time, we suggest that you use it outside (you'll find that you also get much better reception that way!)
